Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept these Terms of Service.
Restrictions on Use
Everything you see or read on the Site is the property of the Center or of the Center’s partners, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, the Center. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Service or specific written permission is provided by the Center. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site, including "Arsht Center," are registered and unregistered Trademarks of the Center and others. You may not use the Trademarks without the written permission of the Center. To notify the Center of an alleged copyright infringement found on the Site, please contact the Center immediately.

The Site is provided to you as-is. Personal Information
The Site will prompt you to create an account in order purchase tickets online. This account will rely on your unique email address, password, and any additional information which may help to authenticate your identity. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. This account should be used solely by one person or family. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of log-in information as it pertains to this Site. You are responsible for signing out of your session and exiting the Site. The Center will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your account.
Tickets and Performances
Tickets purchased on this Site are a revocable license that may be retracted and admission may be refused upon refunding of the purchase price. Every audience member, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the facility. When purchasing tickets, each audience member is limited to a maximum number of eight (8) tickets for each event. If a subscription has been purchased, the subscriber may purchase limited additional tickets so that the total of subscription and additional tickets is no more than eight (8) tickets. In addition, a single credit card may not be used to purchase more than eight (8) tickets to a single event. Tickets, including season tickets, may not be resold, transferred or distributed to any ticket broker or any other person for any amount greater than one ($1.00) dollar above the price printed on the ticket. The Center reserves the right under these Terms of Service to cancel any purchase made by or on behalf of someone that the Center has reason to believe is in the business of purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale at a price great than one ($1.00) dollar above the price printed on the ticket.
Season ticket packages are purchased and issued subject to the policies and regulations of the Center. All ticket prices and season ticket package prices may include fees. Due to the nature of theatrical bookings, dates, times, performers and schedules are subject to change. In the event of a change, the Center reserves the right to present a substitution for productions or performers currently scheduled. The ticketholder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Tickets, including season ticket packages, are nonrefundable. When allowable, tickets may be exchanged for an additional fee. Missed performances will not be refunded. A ticket is valid only for the performance date and time listed on such ticket. Performances are performed rain or shine. In the event a performance is rescheduled, original tickets will be honored for the new date, unless otherwise noted in official communications from the Center. Latecomers may not be able to access their seats immediately upon arrival and will be seated at the Center’s sole discretion.
The Arsht Center is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, welcomes all patrons, and offers a variety of services to meet specific accommodations.
Audience photography, recording, or reproduction in any form of the event for which this ticket is issued, unless noted, is prohibited and may result in seizure of equipment or removal of patron from theater, for which no refund shall be issued.
3rd Party Ticketing
When you buy from a broker or scalper: the Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties; your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen; the Center cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance; you will likely pay more than face value; the Center cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other information; you are supporting businesses that make it hard for true fans to see their favorite performers or shows without paying a premium charge they cannot afford; and the Center reserves the right to revoke tickets sold to or by a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to the any principles of conflicts of law rules. You agree that any litigation that arises out of or related to these Terms of Service will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court for the purposes of litigation. If any of these Terms of Service are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms and conditions, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Center may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms of Service.
